Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leadman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project scheduling using tools such as Primavera and Prolog, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes to maintain project financial health.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, including plans, specifications, and revisions.
• Build strong relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and project scheduling methodologies.
• Experience in construction estimating and budgeting practices is highly desirable.
